Great place to stay for a trip to Edinburgh. Brand-new beautifully presented room with poorer bathrooms. Variety of nice food for meals. Fantastic service, parking on site. The check out is late.

Spotless place with absolutely superb view over the new town to the Forth. Great beds, a kettle, a safe, and an iron in the room. Unbeatable incredible location, to all city's main attractions. Also - right by the Royal mile and other tourist areas, and a beer garden.

The hotel was unique and spotless, had absolutely breathtaking views over the new town to the Forth. There were coffee and nice big windows in the rooms, which made them well presented and themed. The service was great and the food was delightful. I visited cocktail bar and tried hot drinks.

We had a wonderful stay in a spacious and clean room at a hotel located in Edinburgh's Old Town. The staff were exceptional, offering helpful advice and taking care of our luggage. The bathroom was great, with an excellent shower. The hotel also provided a hairdryer and iron/ironing board in the room, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, just a short walk down to the river, and we enjoyed a fantastic meal at the Steak House restaurant next door.
The lack of instructions for the TV and a missing plug for the bathroom sink.
